If you’re not in my office, how do we communicate in an efficient manner?
We communicate via email, phone, fax, or regular mail, so Virtually Fantastic can support you from around the corner or around the globe. We also decide upon a response and turnaround time together, for everything from important projects to daily communications.

So I pay your hourly rate... and that’s it? No taxes? No insurance?
Because a virtual assistant is a small-business owner, like yourself, and not an employee, you simply pay our retainer fee and any miscellaneous expenses we incur on your behalf (such as postage or long distance). This frees you from having to deal with personnel management headaches like taxes and insurance. And, because we’re off-site, there’s no equipment to buy (unless there is specific, proprietary software or other machinery that’s necessary in our office to support you efficiently).
